A Brief History

After breaking the mold with TakoSushi, father and son restaurateurs Kevin and Cary Goldsmith have taken a detour through Mediterranean and Spanish landscapes to bring you their next bold venture: Bodega Ultima.
Inspired by the corner stores in New York City, the wine cellars in Spain, and the cafes in Italy where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and return for a beer in the evening, Kevin and Cary wanted to create an atmosphere reflecting those neighborhood cafes which received the same customers two or three times a day. Bodega Ultima is a place where familiar faces are as much a fixture as the busy espresso machine. You can get a coffee on the way to work and enjoy a beer afterwards, or you can stay all day, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere indoors or outside on our spacious patio. You can also drop in and grab something from our market: we carefully select our wines, olive oil, coffee, teas, and cured meats from sources from all over the world.
Bodega Ultima's food mixes culinary trends of the Mediterranean with a dash of Indian techniques. Our breakfast and lunch menus cast a knowing wink at convention and also confidently explore more adventurous plates, enticing curious diners to become loyal fans. Come by for your favorite turkey reuben, share a falafel plate with friends, or try one of our many rotating specials. With that and our full-service bar, cafe, and gelato station, you'll find something to suit every palate
